Position: Automotive Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • • Engage with walk-in, telephonic, and online leads to guide customers through the full vehicle sales journey.

  • • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional product knowledge and consultative selling.

  • • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, prepare quotations, and manage the deal process from enquiry to handover.

  • • Collaborate with the finance, admin, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up diligently with prospects and existing clients.

Requirements

  • • Minimum two years' sales experience in any industry.

  • • Demonstrable track record of closing sales and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

  • • Ambitious and self-motivated with a genuine hunger to succeed.

  • • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • • Computer literacy essential; automotive or DMS experience advantageous.

  • • Valid driver's licence required.
